The SPIDER family of switches provide a powerful entry level industrial grade switch at an excellent price per port. By far our most popular product, every SPIDER is unmanaged, DIN rail mounting, and supports autocrossing, autonegotiation, and autopolarity. Some models support a redundant 24V power supply and a signal contact for remote monitoring.
SPIDER switches forward only valid packets with all invalid frames and fragments discarded, reducing unnecessary network traffic.
SPIDERs have full operational capability in harsh environments, being able to withstand temperatures of 0 to +60 degrees Celsius in the standard models, and -40 to +70 degrees Celsius in the EEC models.
For simple and effective networking, quick and easy Ethernet access to configurable devices, or low cost port expansion of existing systems, it is hard to go past the SPIDER.
