Tongue Operated Interlock Switches
available in plastic and die-cast metal housings with stainless steel head available. Features:
- Head position adjustable to for up to 8 actuator entry positions
- Category 4 Protection
- IP67 Case Protection
- Explosion proof version available (ATEX EExd IIC T6)
Coded Non-Contact Safety Interlock Switch
Intended for use where there is poor guard alignment or the need for a tamper-proof design, IDEM non-contact safety interlocks provide:
- Dual Channel Safety Output
- Wide switching distance up to 14mm
- IP67 Enclosure - wash-down suitable.
Safety Rope Switches
Available in single and dual head models, as well as stainless steel, the ‘Guardian Line’ rope switch features:
- High visibility LED Status Indication
- Up to 4 conduit entries
- Tension indicator for ease of setup
- Up to 200m with a single switch - lengths over 20km can be achieved with less than 20 switches.
- Explosion proof version available (ATEX EExd IIC T6)
Safety Limit Switches
With a large variety of plungers, these switches are available in a variety of cable versions including quick connect, pre-cabled, and with M20 conduit entries. They feature:
